Manager - Digital Initiatives - IT

- The position is part of the transformational IT. (Would be responsible for driving New Projects. Don't want profiles who have typically worked in operational/support roles)

- Should have worked in projects like Employee Intranet & Collaborative Working Tools ((Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, Facebook @Workplace), Travel & Expense Management & driving self-service BI (Power BI).

- Should have business orientation in order to prepare business case, map requirements & implement IT solutions.

- Drive change management & adoption programs for new projects & processes enabled through digital.

- Candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree in Management. (Top tier MBA preferred)

- Graduation in Computer Science Engineering is preferred.
