Job Title : Manager - Digital Initiatives
Job Objective : Driving execution for digital enablement using multiple tools across sales and supply chain
Job Responsibilities :
- Enable the digitization of cross-functional business processes through mobile applications, analytics tools, frontline productivity tools, social media, etc. Own and drive the implementation of specific initiatives including-
- SFA tab enhancements for the salesforce and enablement of operational routines using Image Recognition
- Implementation of the data lake and the development and deployment of chatbots and AI bots
- Driving the end to end strategy for supply chain digital and own the scale up across multiple factories.
- Monitor and drive adoption of digital initiatives across frontline and supply chain to realize value.
Operational responsibilities in this role would include -
- Working with multiple vendor partners to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
- Ability to stringently manage project timelines and budgets
- Partner with multiple business functions to design functionality key to business functioning
- Partner within the IT team across all sub-functions to ensure a smooth rollout of initiatives
- Communicate project goals/statuses/ plans/ within and outside of the function to ensure stakeholder alignment
- Work with the vendor management team and own all operational processes related to vendor relationships
Position Reports To Digital Head
Minimum Education: Postgraduate in Management
Minimum Work Experience: 8-15 years
Critical Experiences/Exposure Required: Ability to communicate to senior stakeholders, clarity of thought, Strong delivery capability
