Digital Fundraising Manager - NGO - Digital Fundraising Manager is a key post within the fundraising team. You will be responsible for delivering online or digital fundraising strategy. As part of the Digital Communications you will identify and develop content for all digital channels and contribute to the team's broader work, including digital marketing (SEO and PPC) and social media monitoring. - Enable donation options on Childline owned digital properties and also partner with other online fundraising platforms to raise funds digitally. Fundraising: - Acquire donors (one time and recurring) online or through digital platforms. - Implement various strategies to acquire donors online. - Engagement of online donors - Work with the Communications team and external agencies to coordinate and evaluate all digital strategies for fundraising. - Develop strategies for online fundraising using social media - Partner with online donation platforms to raise funds - Partner with brands especially online brands to raise funds through cause marketing or similar strategies. - Retain online donors and convert to recurring donors. - Enable online payment options, building recurring payment models - Prepare monthly web analytics to assess the digital fundraising performance and take measures accordingly. - Plan, build and run digital fundraising activity that aligns with offline fundraising campaigns. - Network with other fundraising verticals for coordinated fundraising across all channels. Website and online marketing: - Maintain and optimize the fundraising content on the website, to deliver seamless donor experience that help bring on board new donors and engage with donors. - Build and maintain new online donation pages to support fundraising activity, including A/B testing. - Be an expert user of our content management system and be able to troubleshoot, suggest and manage the day-to-day running of fund raising/donor pages - Research and implement innovative ways of bringing new donors on board using digital tools. Reporting: - Manage the tracking of digital fundraising activity to enable full reporting and analysis. - Monitor, explore and highlight the potential impact of existing and emerging technologies, our Branding campaigns/events and new legislation or guidelines, on fundraising and supporter engagement. - Ensure that all online activity is suitably measured and analysed, and results shared. This will include website analytics, conversion tracking, KPI reporting and A/B testing across multiple channels. - Benchmark, track and interpret web and digital performance measures and propose improvements, actions and tactics across the sector. - KPIs-Achievement of Targets, reasonable cost ratios, online campaigns and online traffic. Competencies : - Experience in digital marketing/fundraising function, ideally within the not-for-profit sector. - Should have the analytical skills and experience to understand complex data. - Experience of creating or editing excellent digital content with a strong understanding of what makes a great user experience and drives income. - Experience in search engine optimization techniques to increase relevant, high quality website traffic. - Demonstrate experience of website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). - Experience managing social media advertising campaigns. - Experience of managing online donation platforms and / or payment gateway tools. - Have excellent attention to detail. - Self-motivated and disciplined. Qualifications: - Graduates & PG in Computers science, Marketing / Business Administration Etc. - 4 to 6 years experience in Online or Digital Fundraising/ Sales/Marketing with a proven track record.
