Job Overview
This role sits within a Digital Finance Team with specific focus on the organizations Digital activity in finance division. Work to identify and execute projects of digitization with the overall vision of 100% Digital. Responsible for understanding the need, identifying new opportunities to transform finance team in the most agile workplace. Managing the Honeycomb Program (flagship program of CFO).
Responsibilities and Duties -
- Understand the processes of finance and identify gaps.
- Driving experimentation project in finance function using different technologies or/and leveraging data for analytics
- Project manager to deliver Digital Finance projects on RPA, automation
- Handle sensitive data and bring out key observations, work on automation and improvement in current processes.
- Understand the IT ecosystem (SFDC, PD, Oracle Apps, Taleo, Concur, among others) and propose enterprise solutions.
- Convert the requirements from business into BRD and PRD, respectively.
- Liaison with various stakeholders from delivery, HR, sales and support functions to get their buy in.
- Create and execute a change management and communication plan in co-ordination with internal communications team
- Get feedback from users for continuous process improvement and translate them into solutions
- Closely follows the strategic direction set
Key Requirements
- Able to work in an unstructured environment and be a stickler for timelines
- Experience in Information Management and Analytics
- Experience of business partnering at enterprise level
- Strong problem solving and analytics abilities
- Managed CxOs
- Latitude in decision-making
- Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Able to interpret complex financial models
