Manager - Digital Finance Transformation

Roles & Responsibilities:

Brief Profile:

We are looking for a candidate who can bring finance knowledge, process expertise, world class capabilities to our clients to deliver business value

- To Lead Project Delivery, drive sales pipeline, BDs and Proposals

- To work with leading global clients to develop and execute system design, blueprinting, proof of concepts, data modeling, etc. in Finance technology solutions in Workiva etc

- Work may require extensive travel (international/within India) to client sites for project work

Key responsibilities of the role:

- Interact with customers to determine their needs and develops solutions with current Workiva products to meet those needs

- Consults with customers to determine their challenges and requirements

- Creates custom demo solutions for customers and prospective customers

- Provides project and relationship management to larger customers with broader needs

- Collects feedback and learnings from custom service engagements to be leveraged in fixed scope, fixed fee services

- Directly interfaces with customers and demonstrates complex solutions

- Provides technical recommendations for Workiva solution architecture based on the data and security needs of the partner or customer

- Responds to critical services delivery issues as needed and provides technology leadership and troubleshooting

- Leads creation of architectural implementation designs that result in stronger business/IT alignment that drives adoption and value for partners and customers

Desired Qualifications :

Must be a Postgraduate (M.B.A from premier B School), C.A. or C.P.A with at least 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounts domain

Required Experience:

- 8 years of experience in implementing Workiva solutions including SEC Compliance, SOX Compliance, Statutory and Management Reporting, and Internal Audit Management

- Should have completed a minimum of two end to end Workiva implementations

Experience should include and not limited to:

SEC Reporting

- Map the Financial Statements and Notes, and Financial Statement Schedules to the appropriate XBRL Taxonomy (US GAAP, IFRS, etc.)

- Review the accounting policies, statements, notes, and schedules to gain an understanding of the amounts presented to identify the related accounting standards concepts in the appropriate taxonomy

- Familiarize self with the industry accounting disclosures specific to Workiva customers

XBRL Modeling:

- Model the XBRL Mapping, utilizing the applicable Taxonomy, selecting the appropriate line item concepts, axis, and members

- Create customized entity taxonomies and taxonomy extensions utilizing the appropriate accounting standard

XBRL Tagging:

- Tag the values in the company's Financial Statements and Notes, and Financial Statement Schedules with the concepts identified

- Determine whether values are stated at a point in time (Balance Sheet), or over a period (P&L), and whether monetary values represent debits or credits

- Apply knowledge of the different components of the cash flow and equity statements, presentation and disclosure requirements for: Stock Based Compensation, Fair Value, Derivatives, Pensions, Income Taxes, Inventory, Investments, Property Plant and Equipment

- Build and maintain knowledge of taxonomies, SEC regulations, and accounting standards' changes

- Gain insight into industry trends, updates on accounting standards and regulatory requirements, identifying and applying new skills as needed
