Role reports into Senior Manager - Strategic Alliances.
A manager is responsible for hand holding the team and build a relationship with the distributor. He/She will also be responsible for achieving the sales target and maintain quality service standards.
- Annual and Monthly Business Planning
- Exploring new data sources for lead generation and strive to maximize conversions.
- Ensure seamless execution of ongoing campaigns
- Regular training to be imparted to the team
- Ensuring implementation of processes and initiatives for better channel output.
- Achieve the highest standard of call quality parameters through constant training
- Execution of projects for channel efficiency
- Stakeholder management for various aggregators
- Designing effective Rewards and Recognition Plans at Call Center.
- Adherence to audit and compliance as per IRDAI guidelines.
- Interdepartmental coordination for faster processing of cases
Preferred Credentials:
- Post Graduation from Tier I/Tier II Business School
- Ability to interact and gain trust in order to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship.
- Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
- Ability to manage difficult customer situations, to respond promptly to the needs of the customer and convince the customer positively.
- Dependability; to follow instructions as well as take responsibility for their actions and also keep commitments
