Manager - Digital Customer Engagement - Marketing - Pharma

Our Organization, which is a well known Global Pharmaceutical giant is looking for a Digital Customer Engagement Marketing Manager for one of our Therapy Divisions.

Job Description

- Manage digital promotion by liaising with agencies on planning and producing promotional material across multiple social channels.

- Work with Medical, Legal and Regulatory to execute digital strategy and manage the scope defined for digital evolution

- Liaise with sales team, the analytics team and the digital agency to continuously evaluation and generate insights for improving both customer registration and participation in MSD Connect.

- Manage the roll out and execution of HCP online training and upskilling programs and optimize the network behavior of HCPs.

- Liaise with brand team to ensure alignment of communication and strategy between online and offline channels.

- Plan item and event calendar as appropriate.

- Coordinate and work with scientific leaders and KOLs for conduct of scientific events and liaise with agencies and MSD Medical for production of content for the same.

- Work with the system to produce promotional material and drive user participation in MSD Connect's evolution

- Create promotional and engagement plans based on adoption ladder and digital consumption behavior of HCPs and measure impact of the same on the initiative and KPIs as determined for the brand and for digital initiatives.
