Role : - Digital campaign manager whose goal will be to drive programs and strategies to reach customers and organizational goals - Develop and manage strategic performance marketing campaigns across a variety of online channels - Support growth, product and brand sales teams by delivering on their strategies with digital led marketing initiatives and support their overall objectives - Critical and in-depth analysis of third party analytics and campaign management tools such as Google, Facebook etc. - Track and assess the impact of the campaigns, update campaign reports, provide insights based on campaign performance - Develop a deep understanding of marketing plans and customer segments across various platforms - Develop and manage the framework for marketing automation and experiments - across digital customer touch points - Create marketing strategies that focus on driving revenue, profitable campaigns and customer acquisition in a manner that supports business growth, enhances brand equity, drives awareness - Manage new customers acquisition campaigns, customer retention and traffic-driving campaigns, content marketing, display advertising, search marketing, affiliate marketing, retargeting & social media marketing. - Understanding of various online marketing channels (Like - Adwords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn ads, Twitter ads, email, SEM, contextual, affiliate, etc.) - Own and execute marketing campaigns from beginning to end, globally, ensuring delivery is on time and to the brief. - Measure everything. Track and analyse the campaign effectiveness to determine ROI and prioritize resources. - Own and share the analysis and reporting on the success of campaigns. - Ensuring 100% tracking of all marketing activities using various marketing automation systems - Building and managing the Campaigns Team ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time, and are of the best quality, in line with the brief/Plan Candidate Profile : - Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for numbers and insights - Ability to give direction for content & design - Exposure working on content marketing, celebrity, fan engagement, etc. spaces is a plus - A self-starter who works well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment- - In-depth experience with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter advertising products - Familiarity with planning, implementing and analysing online and offline marketing campaigns across various channels. - A strong track record in measured consumer campaigns.
