Providing services in the fintech space enables to effectively cater to both consumer & advertiser needs. Team is responsible for generating direct bottom line ad revenue via platform monetization. Responsibilities and Desired Skill set: - Core KPI will be absolute revenue driven from agency channels & BD coverage. We are looking for an agency lead with strong BD muscle - Open agency channels top down (CXO - VP - Account Director Levels) - Crack agency deals & align incentives - Establish strong pipelines with media planners at all levels - Working on joint business plans to arrive at a revenue target - Deliver on the revenue target by establishing business development rigours - Monthly reviews with senior account owners & media planners & Quarterly reviews with leadership teams at agencies - Identifying step jump opportunities to drive revenue growth with media agencies - Must have: 4-8 years of overall experience and extensive experience working in or with the largest advertising agencies in Indian ecosystem - Track record of thriving in business development & revenue roles with targets - Ability to work on a large charter while prioritizing high impact / roi programs (Atleast 200- odd important stakeholders across 10 large - mid-scale agencies)
