Manager - Digital Ad Buying - Programmatic Media and Direct Display Campaigns

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead the implementation process for new programmatic and direct display campaigns
- Work closely with senior business leaders, legal, and procurement to analyze, develop, and drive category-specific sourcing initiatives to meet and exceed business metrics in terms of cost, quality, service, and delivery.
- Outlining the strategy and key objectives, implementing conversion and tracking tags that line up with key objectives, collaborating with the creative to tell the story with impactful creatives, utilizing platforms to traffic ads, communicating with vendors, and metrics reporting
- Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across various platforms
- Analyze trends/results to determine the digital implications, build stories and optimize solutions
- Perform regular tracking and analysis on the performance of each advertising channel and campaign
- Ensure quality control of campaigns, implementing and adhering to a rigorous QA process;
- Test audiences and segments to discover new opportunities
- Provide complete management of paid search, social and display campaigns
- Recommend optimizations based on campaign goals and performance
- Build relationships with media/technology vendors, account representatives from major advertising platforms
- Manage budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep spend optimized for sales growth while hitting target parameters
DESIRED EXPERIENCE :
- 3-9 years of experience in digital media buying creating and executing on display campaigns
- Demonstrated history of optimizing campaigns to KPIs such as ROAS and CPA
- Proficient with DSPs, DMPs, Ad Servers, Web Analytics, Tag Management Systems
- Proficient with publisher-direct trafficking, including experience with Ad Manager or DoubleClick For Publishers (DFP)
- Knowledge of remarketing and advanced targeting tactics, including dynamic creative, CRM, site retargeting, search retargeting, keyword contextual, affinity, look-a-like
- Knowledge of advertising intelligence platforms
Certification(s) : Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook, Bing
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Analytical skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives
