We have opening with reputed bank in Mumbai,
Requirement:
- Detailed Testing for Projects / Issues as per the system requirement.
- Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues, identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention.
- Thorough analysis for system issues faced and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare User Guides, BRD (Business Requirement document) and train users on newly developed Systems.
Skills :
- Thorough knowledge on CRM system & Digital Account opening systems.
- Thorough Knowledge of systems related to Lead Management, Service Request functionalities
- Well versed with Office Automation tools like MS Excel, MS Access etc.
- Should be an effective Team Player
- Should have good analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- Should be a Graduate / MBA / PG.
Experience: 4 - 10 years
