Manager/DGM - eCommerce

- To develop and implement the Online/E-commerce strategy to maximise revenue and ensure the visibility of the brand portfolio.

- To develop the online portal/ e-commerce website for the development and management of Online/E-commerce business.

- To set the strategic direction for, oversee and coordinate all the related activities.

- To oversee the fulfillment of products ordered via the e-commerce channel and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction & business efficiency.

- To Manage the day to day trading of the website to maximize on line revenue, visitor engagement activity, and conversion rates, and be responsible for maintaining the commercial performance of the site.

- To Monitor competitor’s activity, research and identify potential market trends and mmake recommendations for potential promotional opportunities to influence the Retail Strategy.

- Development and execution of Online marketing activities to drive the business.
