Job Title:

Manager, Developer Program, India

As a part of the Developer Program team, you will engage with some of India's most influential startups, and work closely with VCs, Accelerators/Incubators, Trade Associations as well as our world class product and engineering teams. In addition to those teams, you will work cross-functionally with the Policy, Legal, Marketing and the Operations teams to develop new programs, scale existing programs and make the Indian Start-up community more successful.

Responsibilities

- Define, develop and lead large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with an ability to work to tight deadlines.

- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, partnerships, policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch programs and partnerships

- Produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of program performance.

- Manage multiple complex project deliverables for multiple internal and external stakeholders.

- Maintain direct and active relationships with developers, startups, industry bodies, ecosystem stakeholders.

- Represent the company in external meetings with senior executives from other companies.

Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in working with startups, entrepreneurs, and developers.

- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills - with the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside the company.

- Experience in providing communications, both cross-functionally and to external stakeholders.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time

- Strong strategic and creative thinker.

- Passion for innovation and collaboration with startups and early stage entrepreneurs and developers.

Education: MBA
