Manager/Deputy Manager - Private Equity/Fund Accounting - Real estate

We are hiring Managers /DM/Fund accountants

Location - Mumbai / Bangalore ( All Candidates who are interested in Bangalore shall be from Bangalore Itself)

Experience-

Minimum Relevant Experience: 3yrs- 8 years+

Education/qualification: CA, CPA, MBA,M.com

Mandatory :

Private equity experience, Calculation of Quarterly NAV, Waterfall Calculations, Yardi Software ( Software is optional), Real Estate accounting.

Key Responsibility

- Calculation and review of deal wise NAV, Management fees & Admin fees

- Calculation and review of waterfall calculations and Must have private equity experience of a minimum of 5 years

- Liaise with CRM/Client to plan and monitor client SLAs and deliverables & Well versed in Real estate accounting.
