Manager/Deputy Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions - Investment Bank

Responsibilities :

- Source, identify, evaluate, and help execute potential strategic M&A opportunities

- Support deal sourcing via extensive research, leveraging various public tools, databases, and market intelligence platforms.

- Perform deep analysis of companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources

- Work cross-functionally with (Product, Engg, Business, Finance, Customer success, SCM etc.) to support diligence activities.

- Provide insights through data: cohorts analyses, user segmentation & trend

Required :

- 1-3 years of post-MBA work experience in role such as Strategy & Operations, M&A analyst, CEO's office, Business Finance & Analytics, Corporate Planning etc.

- Work experience in Investment Banking, Consulting or fast-paced start ups will be a plus.

- Superior research skills and resourcefulness to draw logical conclusions with often limited/ imperfect Information

- Experience in performing market sizing and scanning, benchmarking, company profiles, sector research

- Knowledge of available databases across the industries and experience of working on these databases

Education : MBA from a premier (Tier -1) institute
