Manager/Deputy Manager - Internal Audit - Electricals Industry

Position Objective To provide an independent appraisal support by identify areas of risk and work collaboratively with management to improve processes, efficiencies, and the control environment of the organization.

Principal Responsibility:

- Frame annual audit plans through risk assessment

- Review and monitor audit execution for planned audits

- Review of audit work done by team member

- Discussion with Auditee and his team the draft points and taking action plan with necessary target dates

- Issue audit reports highlighting process improvement areas

- Follow up implementation of recommended action plan

- Objective examination of evidence for the purpose of providing an independent assessment of risk management, control or governance processes.

- Advisory and related activities intended to add value and improve organization's operations.

- Special Reviews on Management requests

- Co-ordination for SOX and other such activities
