Financial Planning & Analysis -

- Preparing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Managing Business Plans.

- Monitoring of Plans Vs actuals. Performing detailed variance analysis with explanations and drivers for management reporting by analyzing and comparing actual and year-to-date performance with prior period, forecast, and plan.

- Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team

- Closely working with Business team for tracking initiatives to meet the productivity measures, Investment spends and provide more finance insights for Better ROI.

- Internal control & risk assessment & monitoring

- Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives

- Reviewing of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financials Statements

- Proactively worked towards enhancing the quality of financial reporting and reducing booking errors.

- Escalates any financial issues to management.

- Prepare accurate and timely statutory reports

Financial Planning Analyst Qualifications and Skills:

- Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills.

- Understanding of Financials Statements

- Working knowledge of Tax laws & Ind_AS (IFRS)

- Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills.

- Works independently using project management skills.

- Builds strong working relationships and has exceptional leadership skills.
