Manager/Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

- Vendor payments, Employee's reimbursements and Payroll processing.

- Payment of withholding tax, service tax and other statutory dues within due dates.

- Handling various reconciliations.

- Closing of monthly books of accounts.

- Compliance of all Accounting Standards.

- Assistance in preparation of vouchers, MIS, BRS.

- TDS and Service Tax recording.

- Asset Record Maintenance.

- Preparation of Financial Statement.

- Preparation of financial returns to regulatory bodies.

Work Experience: Minimum 1 yrs exp.

Domain Knowledge required:

- Accounting Standards.

- Regulatory compliances in Service Tax.

- Regulatory compliances in TDS.

- Oracle.

- Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word is a must.

Educational qualifications: CA.
