Manager/Deputy Manager - Creative & Communication - Insurance

1. Developing and implementing effective communication

2. Coordinating and developing strategies with content, design, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other stakeholders including agencies

3. Ensuring unified communication across various platforms and ad formats

4. Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance

5. Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities

6. Generate and deliver actionable, data-driven insights to help drive improvements to our customer experience

7. Perform segmentation analyses and identify areas for Marketing campaign optimization opportunities

8. Build and maintain clear/concise recurring reports that measure and track success

9. Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)

10. Research and monitoring of competition creative's shop / communication strategies

11. Monitor and evaluate creative & comm. analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend strategies

12. Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results

Professional Skills:

1. Strong communication skills

2. Hands on experience with ad copies writing / creative writing

3. Hands on experience with creative design & lay outing

4. Experience with creative analysis & optimisation

5. Knowledge of PPC programs and optimization techniques

6. Good knowledge of Google Analytics 360
