Manager/Deputy Manager - Bitumen Sales - Oil & Lubricants Industry

We are looking for a Manager /DM - Sales with our client with a global presence based at Jaipur / Raipur / Mumbai / Delhi.

IDEAL candidate is a full time Engineer with Bitumen or Construction Chemicals sales experience with leading industry players.

JOB DETAILS :

Job Location : Jaipur / Raipur / Mumbai / Delhi.

Education : BE-Civil & MBA-Marketing

Experience : 7-14 years

CTC : Standard Industry Hike

Working Conditions : 9 AM onwards , 5 days

Job Dimensions :

1. Achieve sales target for the territory/area/ states for the BITUMEN segment

2. Key Retailers /contractors/ govt. bodies Coordination and also responsible for Increase sales area Wise.

3. Ensure achievement of territory /area/state sales objectives in line with the overall target

4. Engage and support sales team with techno commercial knowledge and support customer - Key Retailers Coordination

5. Experience leading and managing a team. Helping clients solve problems

6. Channel Marketing efforts to drive revenue from strategic partners

Job Specifications:

- Target oriented, dynamic.

- Analytical ability and negotiation skills.

- Planning and Organizing- Market visits, Channel management, Brand visibility activities etc.

- Should be good at communication(both Regional and English) and also profulent in drafting mails and preparing product related presentations
