Manager/Deputy General Manager - Leasing - Real Estate/Construction

Role: Assistant Manager/DGM - Leasing

Qualification: PGD / MBA in Sales & Marketing

Experience: 6 - 10 Years with relevant experience in leasing and commercial activities in the retail/real estate industry.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handling retail leasing activities for all malls.

- Market research and analysis.

- Identifying appropriate brands to fit in the retailer mix at the mall.

- Negotiating and closure of lease agreements with international and domestic brands.

- Communicating the terms & conditions of leasing out the space giving complete\commercial details.

- Execute the procedure of handover and takeover.

- Efficiently handling the due diligence and legalities of the transaction.

- MIS generation

Key Skills:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Good analytical and commercial skills.
