Title : Manager - DGM Business Development

Experience : 6 - 15 years

Business Vertical : Investment Advisory, QS, PMC, Valuation

Reporting To : Vertical Heads

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

1. We are looking for a mid to senior person with strong real estate Business Development background with experience in Real Estate Investment Advisory, QS, PMC, Valuation, and Asset management spread across various asset classes.

2. Manage operational and technical execution aspects of an assignment from origination to conversion into a client & finally into a mandate.

3. Understanding and articulating the developers/ financial institutions / investors and other prospective clients for requirements for a mandate by liaising with internal senior management and discussion with external prospective clients, as necessary

4. Business Development :

- Proactively engage in business development activities with large-scale Real Estate Developers/ financial institutions / investors and other prospective clients

- These activities need to be undertaken through networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.

- Meeting the key decision makers at the Developers/ financial institutions / investors and other prospective clients

- Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside Line Managers in the group

- Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, flyers etc. and engage in rigorous digital marketing.

5. Support Internal Teams :

- Collecting data of the marketplace and consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentations

- Closely work with the team and Vertical Heads in assessing client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions.

- Drafting the Engagement Letter - especially with regards to commercials and key deliverables and closure of the assignments.

- Build & Edit MoUs and pitch books.

- Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, timely submission of proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.

- Regularly collate data from the internal and external teams to compile and analyze data using modern and traditional methods

- Regularly collate all the real estate news and share the knowledge with the internal team along with monthly bulletin on the updates on each micro-market.

- Providing analysis and presentations to the internal stakeholders on competitors' market offerings and identify market trends.

- Identify the products & service opportunities for Quantum and assist in preparing a 3 year blue print for Quantum.

- Feedback analysis after closure of the assignments and assisting the internal team with the market expectations and inputs.

Desired Profile :

- MBA with minimum 6 - 15 years' experience in similar profile from Big4, IPCs, or Real Estate Investment Banking Firms

- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills, delivery skills and technical knowledge
