Manager - Deposit Management and Channel Empanelment
Responsibility :
Deposit and Payment processing & Channel Empanelment :- Adherence to the timelines as per the Service Level Agreement for processing.
- Deposit processing with 100% KYC compliance.
- Compliance of all parameters related to ROI, Brokerage, scheme and processes.
- Channel Empanelment with 100% accuracy and TAT
- Timely issuance of interest warrants Dispatch of Interest Payment Cheques monitoring, follow up and co-ordination with banker for payment.
- Maturity/ Pre-Maturity/ LAD to be processed & payments processing.
- Sundry and Stale Cheque management related to deposits.
- Customer management, Deposit Document movement and quality management.
- Resolution of Branch requests and queries within Specific TAT.
- Service orientation demonstrated through minimum escalations for issues related to specified service standards.
- Timely resolution/closure of audit points
Bank Reconciliation :- Timely reconciliation of Open entries.
- Reconciliation process has to be adhered as per laid down guidelines.
- Publishing Bank Reconciliation to all stake holders within timelines.
Publishing of MIS :- MIS of all the unreconciled items to be published to all stakeholders.
- MIS for Unpaid interest warrants to all stake holders.
- Publication of various MIS related to deposit management and Channel Empanelment to all stake holders
