Client Details :

Our client is a renowned FMCG company with significant presence in Indian market. They have a wide range of products in their portfolio and are looking to expand their mark in the Indian market. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Manager- Planning, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Description :

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for :

- Managing and implementing the demand & supply planning function across product categories for PAN India operations

- Working closely with all the functions to ensure operational efficiency including production, distribution efficiency

- Responsible for long term capacity planning as well as other strategic planning decisions in the company

- Managing a team of 2-3 persons with responsibility for their growth and development in the organisation

Profile :

You will be an MBA with at least 5 years of experience in planning (demand planning, supply planning, S&OP planning) ideally in Consumer Durable/FMCG/Pharma Industry. Prior experience of having worked on SAP APO is an added plus. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and hands on approach towards his/her work.
