Demand & S&OP Planning Manager, FMCG

The incumbent should be an Engineering Graduate with an MBA in Operations Industrial Engineering from Premiere institutes like NITIE/SPJIMR/IIM's / SJMSOM/ MDI / IIFT etc from passout batch of 2015 / 2016 / 2017.

The incumbent should have at least 3 years of experience in Demand Planning & S&OP. Females will be preferred.

Job specs :

- Responsible for demand forecasting, starting from getting forecast-tool output, collaborating with regional sales.

- To improves forecasting process efficacy

- To review algorithm for each of the rate area-SKUs

- To identify and refine parameter values for finalized algorithm

- To manage statistical forecast exceptions on a weekly basis, by collaborating with cross-functional teams

- To challenge received forecast, make required adjustments in bottom-up forecast via discussion

- To drive consensus forecast by collaborative process with Sales, Marketing functions

- To drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy

- To work with cross functional teams and managing statistical forecast exceptions on a weekly basis

- To drive regional engagement in market intelligence and integrating into strategies for long term and short-term demand plans

- To Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
