Manager - Demand Planning - Pharma

1. Captive forecasting & Timely Delivery of products. 

- To generate monthly rolling forecast and requirement for Captive demand.

2. Dispatch Planning /Order Delivery Captive & External (KK/Mohol).

- Daily monitoring of the order status and coordinate with plant, quality & logistics to delivery orders on time.

3. Inventory Management

- Control the Inventory value within Budget & reduce Old inventory to less than 5 % of Overall

4. To generate weekly, monthly MIS Reports.

- Forecast Accuracy /Customer OTIF, Order book, Production plan validation.

5. To manage weekly calls/ meetings with Captive & supply Planning team.

- To reduce supply gap (R VS. C gap )
