Job Description:-

SECTION 1-

PURPOSE OF POSITION

This position is responsible for Sales forecasting for Mobile business in terms of Volume and Value. This position will be responsible for maintaining good inventory hygiene across the chain (including distributors) through right supply planning and optimum stock deployment.

SECTION 2

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

- Sales Analytics and market trend analysis.

- Strategic direction in sales planning and sharing relevant MIS reports.

- Designing and deployment and consensus of weekly RTF per distributor.

- Ensuring availability of stocks as per weekly RTF.

- Ensuring proper and timely allocation of stocks to Distributors/Regions for maximizing sales.

SECTION 3

KEY RESULT AREAS

- Forecast accuracy

- RTF exceptions

- Ageing stocks lower than targets.

- Proper Phase in /Out and managing EOL without Obsolensence

SECTION 4

- Operationalises strategies, goals and objectives for areas of responsibility into goals and plans.

SECTION 5

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

- MBA Degree in Supply Chain /Logistics/Operations/Commerce

SECTION 6

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

- 7-10 years of prior experience in Demand planning and Logistics

- Excellent Relationship Management skills

- Ability to work under pressure

- Highly Motivated, positive attitude and work ethics desired

- Knowledge of SAP/ERP system/Excel.

- Excellent analytical and competitor tracking skills.

- Knowledge of logistics landscape in India.

- Knowledge of Phase in and Phasing out and Product Positioning.
