Current CTC Salary of candidate should be between: 9 Lacs to 15 Lacs

Purpose of Position:

To coordinate and manage the rolling forecast and SKU level target deployment to Tier-2 distributor in line with weekly SCM process

Job Responsibility:

- Collect data/ files from ABMs about new consensus nos based on weekly consensus meeting with Tier-2 distributors and prepare the consolidated file

- Download the data from the system and identify the laggards who committed some nos however entered different numbers

- Identify Tier-2 distributor who are performing below baseline KPIs nos

- Connect with Tier-2 distributor SCM person and ABMs to follow-up and drive the SOFS process compliance

- Check Tier-2 distributor weekly supply in-line with forecast from system and finalize their buying plan in-line with weekly consensus

- Deploy top down forecast no’s at Tier-2 distributor at SKU level in-line with Zonal Sales Manager guideline

- Coordinate with Regional Supply Chain Manager to ensure weekly PO from SPD in line with forecast

- Highlight the Tier-2 bottom-up consolidated selling plan, supply plan for focus SKUs and help to drive the weekly consensus meeting with Tier-1 Distributors

- Analyze data and provide the insight to the RM and other concern about aging stock and slow moving SKU with Tier-2 distributor

- Monitor and manage the SCM KPIs in-line with HO guideline and highlight the gaps and identify the enablers

- Share data/files with Area Business Managers (ABMs) to drive the weekly consensus meeting with Tier-2 distributors

- Impart training to SRDs SCM person on need basis

- Input rate

- Forecast accuracy

- Supply accuracy

- Managing plan vs actual gap with Tier-2 distributor

- Controlling stock aging with Tier-2 distributor

- Timely MIS circulation

- Monitor investment of Tier-2 distributor

- Support in driving improvements in SCM process

Qualification & Experience:

- Engineering graduate

- 3 years+ experience with reputed organization in Supply Chain function

- Understanding of the demand forecasting and weekly and monthly Sales operation planning

- Extensive hands-on experience of Microsoft xl and ERP
