Role: Manager - Planning (Groceries)&nbsp; Location: Bangalore Karnataka - Supermart (online grocery) is a new category, launched in Nov- 17 with Bangalore. Over the past few months, the category has grown 10x and has expanded to other metros like Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR and Mumbai. We are focused on getting our customer's freshest grocery products at the lowest possible prices. Key Responsibilities : - Own end to end city-level planning and vendor management with adequate team support&nbsp; - Work with various central and category teams to drive Forecasting, Inventory Planning, - Demand/Capacity Planning, and Product/Technology&nbsp; - Key metrics: Forecast Accuracy, In-stock %, DoH, Inventory Ageing, Liquidation %&nbsp; - Close collaboration with BD, Sell and Supply Chain to ensure overall city level metrics are green Basic Qualifications : - At least 2 years of experience (post-MBA) in areas such as planning, corporate strategy or analytics in verticals such consulting, FMCG or internet&nbsp; - Postgraduate in management from Tier 1 colleges Competencies : - True love for data&nbsp; - Problem-solving skills and ability to work in fuzzy, fast-paced environments&nbsp; - Knowledge of advanced analytical tools like R, Solver preferred&nbsp; - All-hands on deck and get things done attitude
