Responsibilities: - Analysis of forecast basis Historical trends, Budget, Tenders and forecast - Reconciliation of sales forecast - Ensure forecasts align with number - Review forecast by SKU by brand by segment and updates accordingly, - Prepare & conduct monthly local S&OP meeting with local Finance/Sales& Marketing / Regulatory Affairs (RA). - Tracking of forecasts against actual customer orders. - Demand and Supply review - Business Assumption tracking with Sales & Marketing. - Calculate Bias/Forecast Accuracy and adjust forecasts accordingly, racking of forecasting accuracy in line with logistics metrics - Lead monthly Demand Consensus Review - Conduct monthly Business review Experience/ Key skills: MBA in supply chain management from premier institutes with at least 4 year of relevant experience in Demand planning preferably from FMCG or Management Consulting industry.
