Manager - Demand Planner - FMCG

Brief Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Demand forecasting, scenario creation, SNOP and consensus demand planning.

- Replenishment management - To maintain and revise buffers/ norms of active SKUs.

- SKU classification.

- Norms creation & Revision.

- Ensure Stock outs and Excesses are minimal and take steps to correct.

- Planning for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and for Product Phase outs

- Inventory management

- Reduce the average inventory, Manage obsolete inventory and indicators for health of inventory

- MIS - publish reports on Plan Fill rates, Forecast accuracy, availability against FC, Inventory

- Experience in implementing Supply Chain Planning solutions, statistical demand planning models and replenishments models (preferable).
