Deputy Manager - Learning and Development

Based in India (Pune) and reporting to the EMA Supply Chain Manager this role is clearly focused on excellence in demand and inventory management for both the local Indian market and the emerging markets across Asia Pacific. The key areas of excellence are responsible for IBP, S&OP, demand management and inventory settings.

Qualifications / Education / Experience / Skills Required:

- University educated, with minimum 5 years' experience in demand and inventory management

- Proven internal and external negotiation skills and interpersonal communication skills

- Strong knowledge of SAP SCM ERP and Advanced Planning systems IBP

- Strong analytical skills to manage large quantities of quantitative data

- Effective time managements skills to be able manage conflicting priorities

- Excellent problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement

- Demonstrated track record in continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

- Demand and Supply Planning across the business, end to end demand reviews, supply reviews, Local S&OP's

- Preparation and presenting local and reginal Exec S&OP decks.

- KPI reporting - Forecast Accuracy / Bias / Inventory - SLOBs and Excess / Supply constraints mapping on Forecast / Matching and reporting differences from the Financial Forecast

- Ensure all aspects of corporate goals are adhered to in respect of inventory settings. Lead team to optimise capital management across stock portfolios.
