We are currently retained by a fast-growing B2B SaaS based startup to hire Demand Generation Manager to lead their Go to Market marketing strategies.
As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the complexities of market and developing strategies and campaigns to generate demand.
Key Responsibilities will include :
- To generate demand using different marketing channels.
- To Plan and manage Email campaigns, PPC (pay-per-click) ads, and LinkedIn paid campaigns.
- To manage execution of Account Based Marketing campaigns
- To work with Event Marketing team to organize events and webinars
- To identify new marketing channels for developing pipelines.
- To meet demand generation targets in MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) and ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)
- Developing and maintaining partnership with technology partners, knowledge partners, and industry consortiums.
To fit the bill, you must have :
- 3+ years of Demand Generation experience in B2B SaaS
- BE/B. Tech, Preferable with an MBA
- Experience in Email marketing, and paid digital campaigns
- Good understanding of HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong Data- driven and analytical approach to demand generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
