Manager for Delivery Centers for Technology, India
Location: Bangalore
Job Description:
My Experience manager is responsible for identifying, designing and deploying all programs impacting employee experience across the identified towers and platforms (Career, Team, Culture, Passion, Well being, etc)
The incumbent will work very closely with my Ex Council, tower, and platform lead on the ideation and design of programs, then enable deployment by the location teams.
Reports to- People Programs Lead, India
Supervises- a team of two employees
External Relationships - HR service providers
Education - Post Graduate / MBA from Tier 1 institutes
Work Experience- 8-10 years HR work experience, with specialization in designing programs impacting experience of millennial workforce
Work Requirements
- Deep understanding of the needs of a millennial workforce
- Knowledge of human centric design concepts
- Experience in employee experience domain, designing and deploying next gen programs
- Excellent stakeholder and program management skills; the stakeholder group being very diverse
