Manager - Deep Tier Financing - FinTech

Work Experience :

1. Prior experience in Co Lending / Fintech space is a must.

2. Candidates have prior experience in running Alliances will also be considered.

3. Demonstrated ability to provide spot on coordination between Co Lending Partners and internal stakeholders such Credit and Operations.

Job Description :

1. Prepare a list of various Fintechs focussing on Deep Tier Financing.

2. Complete documentation procedures to ensure the onboarding of Targeted Fintechs.

3. Negotiate and close commercials and risk sharing agreements with Fintechs.

4. Provide critical coordination between Targeted Partners, Ops and Credit teams for uniform understanding about the Co lending opportunity and processes.

5. Ensure login of cases through Team / through direct sourcing by Partners.

6. Regular monitoring of portfolio with timely escalation to Partners in case of any issues.

7. Trigger timely action under risk sharing agreement in case of any defaults or losses.

8. Regular visitations and engagement with Partners for higher penetration.
