Manager - Debt Syndication - BFSI

Job Specifications :

- Relationship Management : Management of relationships with Banks and NBFC's in West Region

- Business Development : Continuous scanning of loan syndication opportunities in the sector in close co-ordination with the Bank's relationship and credit team.

- Sectoral focus : Responsibility for ensuring development of sectoral knowledge.

- Transaction structuring : Efficient structuring of transactions to arrive at a saleable proposal.

- Deal execution : Guiding the team through all stages of the transaction to ensure smooth/ timely execution.

- Co-ordination : With the client and lenders from the initiation stage of the transaction till security creation and first disbursement.

- Compliance : To ensure compliance at all times with regulatory/ statutory requirements and internal policies.

Mandates/ key skills :

- Experience in structuring of transactions, project appraisal and excellent financial modelling skills

- MBA in finance or a professional qualification (CA) with 2-4 years of strong relevant work experience with prior experience in raising debt from banks and institutions. Those with higher/lower experience may also be considered

- Preference will be for those from Top Tier institutes and existing experience in Loan Syndication roles
