Manager - Debt Raising

Job Description:

- Fund raising, Investment pitch and Debt Raising

- Short term liquidity and long term cash flow management

- Lender relationship management with global DFIs, Domestic Banks & NBFCs

- Managing end to end lender reporting and covenant compliance

- Working experience of dealing in Term Loans, NCDs, Securitisation

- Advanced Financial modelling

- Review and commercial analysis of debt proposals

- Handling all lender concerns on active loans

- Responsible for all content, queries, meetings, and post meeting company material for Debt Raising.

- Communicate, engage, and interact with Board of Directors, CEO and Leadership Team.

- Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.

- Select and engage consultants, auditors, and investors.

- Serve as a key member of leadership team and be a key driver the key initiatives to help organization its strategic goals.
