Manager - Debt Capital Markets (Structuring)

Department - DS&D (Debt Structuring & Distribution)

Description - 

- Exposure on structuring of Infra project deals and good knowledge of sectors of Roads,Power as well. 

- Must be well accustomed working knowledge to deal in transactions and credit appraisals experience. 

- Should have knowledge on end to end execution of transaction processes and steps. 

- Good preparation of financial modelling & information memorandums.
