Position Title : Manager - Debt Capital Markets

Location: Mumbai

Important Note: Candidates From Mumbai are eligible to apply.

Key accountabilities include:

Business Development:

- Ability to build and effectively manage Investor Relationships with all categories of investors (Banks / FI’s / FII’s / Retirement Funds / MF’s etc.) within the region.

- Locate potential business deals by contacting potential customers; Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects; discover and explore new business opportunities

- Awareness of market information on various ongoing mandates and latest trends in the sectors

Deal Execution/ Placement with investors:

- Assistance to Transaction Leaders and Team Leaders in successfully placing bond deals. This would entail syndication of deals in the primary and in the secondary market as well

- Mapping investor appetite and generating feedback on potential deals

- Prepare deal documents e.g. comprehensive Information Memorandum etc.

Deal Closure:

- Manage the documentation process of every deal (investment) of the client and ensure expeditious closure of same through effective co-ordination between the investors, LTIFCL and relevant third party (bankers, Depositories’ etc.) as required

- Preparing all relevant documentation incl. memos, notes etc.
