Manager - Debt Capital - eCommerce

We are hiring Manager- Debt Capital Market with Udaan Capital for Bangalorelocation.

Role Context:

We are looking to bring on board a strong professional to step in the role of Debt Capital Markets role. The incumbent will be required to work along with stakeholders, internal & external to the organization to create success. S/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high growth, young and agile business environment. In the long run, s/he has to establish new and deepen the existing relationships with different institutes in the Debt Capital markets such as Banks, NBFC, MFs, Rating Agencies, DFIs, etc. Further, S/he has to ensure continuous increase in the supply of Debt Capital.

Responsibilities:

- Build the supply side of the new-age NBFC by developing and managing relationships with banks, financial institutions and other stakeholders.

- Ensure diversification of the capital raised through different sources.

- Manage the credit rating process of the NBFC (getting the initial and then managing the same).

- Assist in preparation and submission of information requests from existing and potential lenders.

- Attend to queries/clarifications from banks/financial institutions on time.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders like legal and treasury for smooth and timely execution of deals.

- Assist in financial planning and building operations of the company.

- Given the nature of business and overall size of the team, the person will be expected to help in other areas as required.

- Communicate requirements of financial covenants and ratings to all internal stakeholders.

Required:

- Experience in financial services industry preferably in areas of raising Debt funds for NBFCs & MFIs.

- Experience in handling banking relationships and working with legal and treasury departments.

Salary offered: 8-13LPA
