Technical Service Manager - 2 Wheeler Auto Industry - BE /BTECH Mechanical - Automobile

Job profile :-

- Improve service business of dealer.

- Improve customer satisfaction and profitability by operational efficiency in workshop to improve.

- Focus on turnaround time and ensure trouble free vehicles to pre owned 2wheeler customers.

- Ensure availability of genuine parts supplied by company recommended sources.

- Improve Post Service Follow up through service process audit & take corrective actions to improve service standards at workshop.

- Improve the capability level of dealer's service team and arrange job training in the areas of product knowledge, service repair standards, special tools, and customer handling skills & customer satisfaction.

- Update the mechanics knowledge through Competitor model training.

Candidate Requirement : -

- BE/ BTECH - Mechanical / Automobile

- Good understanding of 2 wheeler servicing and Spare Parts

- Strong in after service follow-ups

- Managing Dealer outlets and Customers
