- Preparation and development of pricing models and CRC decks in line with requirement
- Manage & coordinate the month end process and all general accounting activity for the BU
- Manage the development of financial controls and systems within the Divisional Finance department
- Review of budget actuals vs forecast
- Ensure changes in total revenue by project are backed up by change orders
- Supervise the creation of monthly and annual reports to identify results and trends
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Ensure proper compliance with all regulations and support the audit process
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the Division based on research and data reports
- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
- Manage group reporting and ad-hoc analysis
- Review Balance Sheet for correctness
- Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
- Close Projects in SAP which have completed
- Review of Projects which have a low GM or high GM checking for errors in input
- Review heads with poor utilisation for future and bring this to the attention of FM in UK
- Report to the Divisional Finance Controller with timely and accurate financial information
- Assist the Divisional Finance Controller in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members
