Investor Pitch books - Skills are a must. 5. Preparation financial model from scratch is desired 6. Writing quarterly credit reviews of NCDs / Bonds 7. Assisting team in the origination of DCM deals 8. Candidates with strong investor connections will be preferred 9. Drafting/reviewing offer documents, transaction agreements, and related documentation 10. Coordinating pre-issue and/or post-issue activities 11. Liaisons with regulators, stock exchanges, Issuers, and co-ordinating with various intermediaries for the execution of DCM deal Desired Candidate Profile 1. Attention to detail 2. Keenness for continuous learn 3. Excellent coordination skills, 4. Ability to multi-task, and take quick decisions; 5. Handle crisis situations, quick turnaround, and delivery. 6. Excellent written and Oral communication and presentation skills 7. Understanding of Debt market dynamics. 8. Strong Excel Modelling skills 9. Understanding Investor credit appetite. 10. Knowledge of capital markets and regulatory framework for capital market transactions including SEBI regulations and the Companies Act. 11. Track record of executing DCM transactions.
