We have an urgent opening for Manager Profile into Datawarehouse

Job Discription:

- Create and execute moderate to highly complex programs with organized structures and proper documentation
Diagnose and resolve moderate to complex issues and improve the efficiency of processes and programs

- Act as a SME for the functional area Service Delivery

- Independently interacts with business partners to understand business need and translates to technical specifications. Assist in developing and testing new information

- End to end project management & hands on delivery when required

- Manage delivery within agreed timelines and as per agreed quality standards. Operational Effectiveness & Control

- Take ownership and actively manage project timelines. Execute standard reports, processes, files, and implements predefined algorithms

- Sets up QA/QC framework and ensures adherence and constant improvement. Leadership & Teamwork

- Manages a single team and prioritizes resources and processes within team to support current business.

- Develop a highly motivated team with clear goals and ownership with a continuous improvement culture

- Develop and maintain relationships and work well with all levels of management.

Qualifications:

- 3-4 years proven experience in IT development / project management esp. in the area of data warehouse environment. Knowledge and understanding of financial services preferred. ? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

- Masters preferred

- Demonstrated proficiency in any one or combination of tools such as SAS, SQL, JAVA, Cognos, Actuate, DB2, Oracle, across any of the platforms UNIX, mainframe or Windows.

- Able to convert business needs into technical requirements.

- Should be a good team player

- Good organizational, analytical, problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills.

- Good knowledge of data structures, tools [SAS, MS Office, etc.] analytic techniques & Systems. Mainframe, Unix etc in own area of operation. Advanced knowledge of reporting packages
