Manager - Data Security

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data privacy and security policies, procedures, and controls

- Monitor, measure and ensure governance of controls for compliance such as IRDAI, AADHAAR Act and Data Protection Bill (India)

- Ensures the security and protection of personal information in the custody or control of the business

- Conduct thematic reviews basis IS and Data Privacy Policy

- Ensure Information Security due diligence is followed during on-boarding of a vendor

- Conduct audit preparedness and ensure successful completion of periodic reviews and audits pertaining to regulatory, statutory and contractual obligations

- Leading incident response, including data breach preparedness

- Responsible for managing/reviewing and implementing technology changes such as DLP, DRM, Data security and classification tools

- Provide guidance and training to employees on data privacy and security matters, promoting a culture of security awareness and compliance

KEY RELATIONSHIPS (INTERNAL /EXTERNAL): Business Functions, Third Parties and Control groups

KEY COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Information Security compliance management, Data Leakage Prevention, Data Security, Privacy, Data Protection, Third party risk Management, IRDA Security Guidelines, ISO 27001 ISMS, NIST Security Guidelines, Data Security & Classification tools (DLP, DRM etc.),
