Manager/Data Scientist - HealthTech

Our Client : Is a specialist provider of healthcare technology services and solutions to healthcare technology companies, providers, payers and life sciences organizations.

Job Description :

- Having hands-on experience on advanced analytics concepts and algorithms (e.g. Regression analysis Logistic Regression/Decision Tree, Monte Carlo methods, Survival Analysis, Simulation, Random Forest, Time series analysis etc.)

Mandatory Skills :

- R, Python, Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), SQL, Statistical modeling, Mathematics

Desired Skills : Healthcare & Analytical skills, Understanding of Cloud computing and big data analytics from data science perspective

Education :

- Prefer Postgraduate qualification in Statistics (OR Computer Science) from a premier institute

Responsibilities :

- The Data Scientist is responsible to perform statistical and Machine Learning research and help in delivery tasks related to CT products/solutions/services.

- Gain knowledge in the area of advanced analytics and associated tools (e.g. Linear/Logistic regression)

- Conduct data analyses, and reports results associated with a project, using SPSS, SAS, and other statistical analysis software.

- Developing advanced algorithms that solve problems of large dimensional in a computationally efficient and statistically effective manner Implementing statistical and data mining techniques e.g. hypothesis testing, machine learning, and retrieval processes on a large amount of data to identify trends, patterns and other relevant information

- Collaborating with clients and other stakeholders to effectively integrate and communicate analysis finding

- Providing guidance and project management support to the Associates on the team

- Evaluating emerging datasets and technologies that may contribute to our existing analytical platforms

- Establish the scope of the project, lead internal communication with stakeholders, and ensure delivery of the project per commitment.

- Contributing to the thought leadership of the company by helping in researching the evolving topics and publishing them

- Exposure to tools - SPSS, SAS, R, Python
