Manager - Data Science - Insurance Analytics & Consulting Firm

Opening for Manager Data Science with one of our client who is a global provider of insurance analytics and consulting services with offices in India, the United States, United Kingdom & Poland serving a diverse community of clients.

We need candidates from Insurance domain with experience in R, python and Machine learning.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Work along with Associate Vice President to become the top Insurance Data Sciences team

2. Inspire a team of data scientists to perform consistently and keep them motivated to exceed their boundaries

3.Identify latent demands for clients and create PoC & PoVs on the same

4.Create proposals for prospective clients on various insurance problems

5.Work along with a team of data scientists to understand and translate business problems into analytical problems

6.Design overview of the solution framework and finalize on timelines for project at hand

7.Ensure timely delivery of project while achieving regular milestones along the way

8.Work with different stakeholders from client end to ensure effective consumption of the solution design

Skills:

- Has experience in client communication

- Worked on analytical problems especially in the domain of Insurance

- Worked on various analytical challenges including the use of different platforms, machine learning algorithms etc.

- Project managed critical tasks and ensured timely delivery of the same

- Worked across multiple verticals to enable cross-learnings and come up with innovative solution frameworks
