The Opportunity:

In this role, the incumbent(s) will be understanding the current state of the process, review the steps performed today and figure out the right way of doing it (which may or may not be the way it is been done currently). Hence, this role will require to understand the business process, to be able to think both technically and intuitively as well as help in building a strategic solution to achieve cost base benefits both in terms of saving man hours as well as reducing human centric errors.

What you'll do:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following -

- Work as a team member during the execution of automation projects.

- Learn different tools/technologies that are enablers for the project(s)'success

- Coordinate with other participants whether business or technical as needed.

- Focused towards the larger goals to make the world a better place for core business

What you will need to succeed in the role:

Good data engineering skills is a key ask for this role. From a technical perspective, hands-on knowledge of Python, SQL, and Tableau should be great. Familiarity with cloud platforms would be a plus and if it is about Google Cloud then it is a plus plus.

Zeal to learn and explore is a must requirement while capability to think analytically will make the work easier for the incumbents themselves. Knowledge on asset management industry would be good to have but not a mandatory requirement.
