Manager, Data Analytics & Project Management

Job Summary :

- To convert data into information and insight to support business decisions and also to help support functions in optimization of resources as well as providing appropriate analysis for better operational efficiency.

- She will conduct full life-cycle activities to include requirements analysis and design, develop analysis and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements

Job Responsibilities :

- Directs and oversees the Project Management to ensure projects meet organization goals and requirements.

- Directs and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs.

- Govern a project from initiation to closure stage

- Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports

- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data quality

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 3 years of proven working experience as a data analyst/Project Management

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
