Manager - Data Analytics - Financial Services Provider

Leading Financial Services Provider is looking out for analytics professionals to join their analytics team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Combining in-depth business knowledge, insights, and techniques such as data visualization, cross-tabs, statistical tests, and data mining techniques to identify insights and trends

- Apply standard and cutting-edge techniques (statistical modeling, data mining, optimization) to identify drivers of business metrics.

- Comparison of techniques using validation to arrive at the best model using SAS, R.

- Work with structured and unstructured data to derive meaningful insights to solve business problem

- Communication of findings, concerns, ideas, project management elements to multiple stakeholders in an offshore-onshore environment

- Engage with business teams, understand the business needs and formulate the requirement into structured project framework with clear milestones and implementation plan

- The incumbent will play an analytical role where he develops and applies analytical algorithms and methods where possible with a view of driving and enhancing data systems and streamlining business processes.

- In this capacity, he strives to improve the quality of analytics solutions on a consistent basis.

- The incumbent will be leading the analytics and warehousing departments in the creation of high quality analyses for all functions of the business and in the definition of metrics that track the business's performance at different fronts

- Also endeavours to create new data-driven approaches for the purpose of generating business insights through data analytics, information visualization, and addressing unanswered business issues in a proactive manner.
